| For the position of Manager (General/ Depot/ Movement/ Accounts/ Technical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering), applicants are selected as Management Trainees and undergo six months of training. During the training period, they are paid only a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- (forty thousand only) per month. Management Trainees, after successful completion of six months training period, will be considered for transfer as Manager in the salary range IDA of Rs. 40000 – 140000. However, in case of Managers (Hindi), there is no training and they are directly appointed as Managers in the salary grade IDA of Rs. 40000 – 140000. |
