Pathaan Day 20 Box Office Collection Shahrukh Khan’s “Pathan” is breaking all the records in the cinema world. The Siddharth Anand-directed secret agent thriller Ride, which also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, has helped Bollywood bounce back after a difficult 2022. Release day, according to business tracker Sacnilk. This takes the entire domestic limit of the film to around Rs 452.9 crore. The film also collected Rs 15.7 crore on Monday without any trouble on its second Monday and collected Rs 7.75 crore on Tuesday. Pathan had earlier broken KGF: Part 2’s record of Rs 434 crore in the Hindi market.
Pathan has broken a few records on its way to becoming the highest-grossing Bollywood film. It has left behind Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 337 crore) and left behind Aamir Khan’s Dangal (Rs 387 crore) last week. The film is currently chasing the unmatched Hindi record of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Determination which has a total box office collection of Rs 510 crore.
Pathan has also garnered excellent numbers in general and is expected to cross Rs 875 crore today. The film has crossed the RRR record of $14 million (Rs 115 crore) in the US and Canada. Barely two months after its release in 2023, Pathan has emerged as one of the highest-grossing films of the year, behind four Chinese films including Full Stream Raid, The Meandering Earth 2, Boonie Bear: Gatekeeper’s Code and Secret Age. By the third end of the week, Pathan is expected to cross the 900 crore mark.

Film exhibitor Akshaye Rathi had expected the Yash Raj films, which failed to make a mark last year, to “return this year.” Before Pathaan’s arrival, he said, “Siddharth Anand and YRF have never done badly in big city films. Whether it’s a Tiger film, a Dhoom film or War, YRF has always achieved high quality. This way, with a boss like Siddharth, who understands big action sets and exceptional actors well, they’ll make a hit.” His predictions and those of numerous other pundits have come true, and Bollywood has apparently awakened from its slumber after Pathaan’s success.
